The Tortured Poets Department on the Eras Tour

The European leg of the Eras Tour, which kicked off in Paris on May 8, featured many significant changes in breadth and sequencing in order to accommodate a new set devoted to songs from The Tortured Poets Department.
The set is now slotted in before the Acoustic portion of the show and spans seven songs across TTPD:The Anthology.
How did the Tortured Poets set come to be?
According to Taylor, initial conceptualization for the set began in August and much of the tour’s two month break between the AustralAsia leg was spent in rehearsals for the new section. During the second Paris show on May 9 she said in a speech, “Paris is the very first city to ever see the new Tortured Poets Department chapter of this tour. I have to tell you, it has been so rewarding playing it for you because we started planning this surprise for you about eight or nine months ago. And then when we got two months off of the Eras Tour, we really didn’t take any time off at all.”
What impact does this new set have on the rest of the show?
The three hour long show has been reworked to make way for a new section devoted to The Tortured Poets Department. Select songs across the original setlist were cut and several sections moved chronologically in the show. The scrapped songs include:
