I also get hyper fixated on getting bangs. They look really cute on me but in all 27 years of my life I’ve never been able to style them daily consistently. That being said…you should get them 😬
Bringing me joy: my first jumpsuit, because I found a brand that actually makes them short enough for my little hobbit legs while still fitting properly everywhere else! It’s MAGIC I swear.
Nostalgic album: there are too many to name, but Owl City always reminds me of high school (in a good way). 😅😍
Hair mishaps: when I was 15 or 16, I got my hair cut a little too short, and went around looking like Drew Barrymore in Never Been Kissed for longer than I’d like to admit 😅 very blonde, VERY fluffy. 😂 🙈
Movies I’m looking forward to: my nerd is showing but I’m actually pretty hopeful about The Odyssey, I’m a big Greek mythology fan and it looks like it has the potential to be amazing. 🤞(I have no idea when it’s actually coming out though 😅)
I've been getting joy from going downtown and hanging out with my friends. Recently, I got pie with some friends and it was absolutely delicious (I got apple crumble).
My favourite nostalgic album is Blue Neighbourhood (2015) by Troye Sivan (it's a very recent album because I was born in the new millenium).
I once tried to bleach all of my hair but it ended up horribly patchy. Most of the ends and the roots got lightened while the bleach on the rest of my head did not take. I wore a baseball cap when I was out for a month lol (until I successfully bleached the rest of my hair)
In terms of 2025 films, I'm most looking forward to Mother Mary starring Anne Hathaway and Michaela Coel (songs from Jack Antonoff and Charli XCX !!).
I’ve been getting my joy from shorsey (dumb silly hockey show based in northern Ontario with just dumb humour. Idk it makes me cackle). I’ve been revisiting the little machine by lights. Forgot how good it was
I would love to forget my rose gold pixie hair cut era and also my Covid home bangs that were not good lmao
Sarah, I am always so delighted to see a notepad from you! Pleaaaaase more of these. 🤩🕺
I'm also curious about the Oura ring so looking forward to your review! The downside for me is that I've heard you can't really lift while wearing it! I usually take off most of my rings if I'm grabbing weights. But it would be so nice not to wear a huge Apple Watch. I did find a nice gold bracelet watch band, which has helped tremendously (https://www.quince.com/unisex/stainless-steel-bracelet-apple-watch-band), but the watch face is still so... HUGE. I am envious of the very pretty delicate timepieces out there and can't wait to see what you pick.
May I ask where are your bezel studs from? Lovve the new earring stack!
Ahhh - you! I appreciate the love for the Note Pad series so much given it feels the most "me" of Liner Notes content. This community truly is the best trust blanket to fall into and I truly thank you for that.
I wear lifting gloves when I pick up the heavy objects and put them back down and so far haven't found the Oura ring to be too intrusive during my weight training sessions. But I'll make sure to keep this in mind for a future review!
Updated the caption with the rest of the earring stack links but you already knowwwww it's Mejuri right? ;)
I'd love a review of the Oura ring, as I'm wanting something other than a watch. Same reason as you; I want to wear pretty wrist candy and not something black and bulky :)
Seconded! I love the simplicity of my sturdy Fitbit (I've had it for years), and I use the workout videos that come with my subscription, but I find the wristband makes me feel claustrophobic (which is weird, because I wear a Mejuri gold bracelet 24/7). My mom swears by her Oura ring. I think it's an awesome tool, but I'm curious how it feels to wear a bulky ring all the time too, given my weird/newfound claustrophobia of fitness trackers :)

Okay but can you share the jumpsuit brand with the class? 👀
Popflex! I’m 4’11” and a little squishy, and the medium size in extra petite fits PERFECTLY
(There are three versions of the Go With The Flow Jumpsuit, the one I went with and now am OBSESSED with is the halter neckline)

Oooooh, I guessed but wasn’t sure! Thank you for the confirmation! ☺️

Noted! I'll be sure to follow up with a full review.
